What is is? The Alley Art Festival is a celebration of art found off the beaten path. Entering our third year, the festival has been a platform for all expressions of art. Bringing street art and street poets to the historic downtown Vista, CA for a day of music, film, poetry, fashion and art. It is a concept to create a substantive and lasting event for artists to showcase their work and share love for their craft.
