Benedict Castle-Mission Inn

When you think of Riverside, the word castle doesn't come to mind, but on this trip we'll take a tour of one. Benedict Castle was built with a Moorish influence and in over 10,000 square feet you'll find stained glass, iron work, wood, tile, domed ceilings and hidden passages. A favorite weddign venue for Riverside brides and the movie industry, your guided tour will take you to both the inside and outside grounds of this castle on the hill. We'll also tour the famous Mission Inn, originally built as a 12 room adobe boarding house in 1876. With additiona being added over the next 50 years, the Mission Inn now takes up a whole city block. We've planned a special lunch and dessert for you at one of the Mission Inn's amazing ballrooms. You'll also have time to stroll the grounds and enjoy all the holiday trimmings.
