In this orientation class, we’ll cover: An introduction to yoga, including history and benefits What to bring to a yoga class Expectations for attending a yoga class What your Yoga instructor wants to know Greeting with "Namaste" An opportunity to practice a few common poses Assistance finding a comfortable seat-something that will make your Yoga experience more pleasant.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat (if you have one). Open to everyone!
