Senior Health and Fitness Expo
“Our Expo is an excellent opportunity for seniors to make, renew, and revitalize their commitment to live healthier through health and fitness,” said Community Services Program Manager Donna Meester. “Throughout the day on May 25, we are offering numerous activities to showcase the services The Center offers. We invite the community to visit The Center to learn about nutrition and activities programs that are offered, and to have some fun throughout the day at our many free events.”
All activities, with the exception of the Noon lunch, are free.
