Museum of Making Music-Katie Thiroux Quartet

Katie Thiroux is a jazz bassist and vocalist of outstanding talent and dtermination. Her swinging bass, clear vocals and inspired arrangements are reflective of her musical idols. Under the mentoship of world-renowned bassist John Clatyon, Thiroux's knowledge and fervor for music make her a rising force in today's scene. The qurtet features saxophonist Roger Neumann, drummer Matt Witek and guitarist Graham Dechter. Their most recent album was produced by GRAMMY award winner Jeff Hamilton.
