A step-by-step guide to starting your business including: *Laying the Foundation *Getting the Information You Need *Cutting Through the Red Tape *Taking Care of Operations *Dealing with Money Issues *Opening Your Doors! First time business owners who complete all six classes and want to start a retail, service or restaurant business (Excluding Franchises) will have an opportunity to meet with a KIMCO Realty Representative. If KIMCO likes the business's proposal, the business may be placed into a Kimco shopping center with one year of free base rent and additional benefits. Fees/Admission
You must pay the $199.00 registration fee at the time of registration. All participants who miss a class in the series will be required to make up the missed class in the next "Six-Week Start-Up Series" to be eligible to meet with a Kimco representative. There will be no exceptions!
