Sgt. Major Joseph J. Parker Birthday Party

Sgt. Major Joseph J. Parker is celebrating his 1--th birthday on May 2nd 2018. A party in his honor will be held at 11 a.m. in the Village Cafe. A Mexican food buffet will be served for a cost of $12 per person (drinks included). The City of Vista and his friends will be recognizing his contributions to the country and our community in Vista.
