Please join us for the annual State of the Community Luncheon where Vista Mayor Judy Ritter, Vista Unified School District Superintendent Dr. Devin Vodicka and Jim Hammerly, Dean of the College of Business at Cal State San Marcos will speak on Vista's progress from 2016 and their visions for 2017.
