Soroptimist International of Vista and North County Lifeline are hosting a workshop entitled Human Trafficking in Our Own Backyard on Saturday July 16 from 9:30am-12:00pm at the Vista Library. Learn what is being done to combat Human Trafficking in our neighborhood, and what YOU can do to help. Guest speakers: Kaye Van Nevel, Soroptimist International of Vista and North County Inland Kate Flaherty, Deputy District Attorney, County of San Diego Stephanie Gonzalez, Case Manager, North County Lifeline "Project Life" Jaimee Johnson, Founder, Sisters of the Streets Light refreshments will be served.
