SANDAG and Caltrans—in collaboration with North County cities, San Diego County, the North County Transit District, key stakeholders, and with feedback from the public—have released the draft of the North County Comprehensive Multimodal Corridor Plan (CMCP). You can now view the Draft Plan, Executive Summary, and interactive map on the project website.
