The Vista Chamber of Commerce invites the public to a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for Eco Water. The Open House begins at 12:00 p.m. and the Ribbon Cutting will be at 12:30 p.m. Lunch and drinks are being hosted by Eco Water.
