City of Vista residents have a great opportunity to have documents shredded for free. Hosted by EDCO and City of Vista. Electronic waste will aslo be accepted, including computer and TV monitors, printers, cell phones, laptops, fax machines, VCR's, radios and other miscellaneous computer components.
