The General Manager will be responsible for: 

• Leading and managing daily operations across two locations.

• Building and maintaining relationships with referral sources and key stakeholders.

• Overseeing sales and marketing efforts, including attending networking and business events.

• Ensuring exceptional customer service for clients in crisis.

• Driving efficiency in job response times and quality.

• Managing financial performance, including job profitability, expense control, and revenue growth.

• Recruiting and training team members as needed.
