About Us

Children's Choice Academy is a preschool in Lakeside, Chula Vista, Escondido and now in Vista. Excellence begins at the top with Owner/CEO Jennifer House and Director Jenni Gawvunder. Jennifer and Jenni bring their decades of personal and professional experience to crafting an exceptional care and learning environment for your child. They pour their passion for high-quality early childhood education into creating a warm, loving place for your child to feel at home as they grow.

Children’s Choice Academy opened in Woodside in 2016, with two more locations added by 2021. Miss Jennifer and Miss Jenni love being part of the children’s lives and strive to ensure that the Children’s Choice Academy facilities and staff reflect the same excellence, experience, and values that the centers were founded upon. We serve Children ages 6 weeks thru 12 years old. We accept tuition assistance programs. And we use the Zoo Phonics curriculum and Incredible Years Curriculums.
